Clear pricing, no surprises
Defined projects get a fixed price agreed before we start. For anything else, we tell you the estimate before we do the work. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing first.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
We agree the change in writing before any work starts on it, with the effect on price and timeline stated up front. Change is normal; finding out about it on an invoice is not.
Do we have to keep working with you after launch?
No. You hold the code, domain and accounts in your own name. Many clients choose our monthly website care plan or ask for help as they need it, but it is always your choice.
