Frequently asked questions
The questions small business owners ask us most, answered in plain language.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the pages and features you need. Every project gets a fixed quote before any work starts, and each service page has a pricing table with its packages.
What is your hourly rate?
For defined projects we quote a fixed price, so you know the total up front. Small changes and ongoing tweaks can be billed by the hour.
How much do SEO, ads and marketing cost?
SEO, ads management and marketing are simple monthly plans with no long contract, and ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta. The pricing table on each service page lists the plans.
How long does a website take?
A starter website usually takes about two weeks, a business website three to four weeks, and an online store three to six weeks. Apps and custom projects get a timeline with the quote.
How do projects start?
With a free 30-minute consultation. If we are a good fit, we send a written fixed quote and timeline, and start once you approve it.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do, from day one. The code, domain, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are set up in your name.
Can you work on our existing website?
Usually, yes. We update, speed up and fix WordPress, Shopify and custom sites. If a rebuild would cost less long-term, we will tell you.
Is my website mobile-friendly and accessible?
Yes. Every site is tested on phones and tablets and built with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility in mind.
